Oh hey, what's up? I finished my first full week and have stories to tell. But I'm afraid I'm too tired for my writing to be creative, so this one might be a bit boring. In addition to helping with some research about offshore well-drilling, I also helped with research about regulating bovine flatulence... The end.
Well actually, that's not the end. It just seemed like a fitting place to put that phrase. My week also involved an art museum, free food (LOTS of free food), a couple of game nights, an awesome used book store, and an opera. If you ever come to Washington, D.C., you NEED to go to Capitol Hill Books, it's basically a giant maze made out of books and sassy comments from the man who owns the place.
The opera was obviously the best part, though all the great food was a close second. But enough about food, more about opera. It was The Marriage of Figaro and was broadcasted live at the Nationals stadium. I was in heaven. And now that's the actual "the end."
