Guys, I got to go see Wicked on Wednesday! Oh. my. goodness. It was AMAZING. We had to drive all the way to Richmond, which is a little over two hours away, and had time for dinner and exploring before the show. As far as dinner goes, let's just say that there needs to be a Noodle Co. in every town. Richmond has gorgeous architecture, and the theater was in a very beautiful part of town-there was a cathedral right next door. (Sorry about the picture quality, I just used my Ipod rather than taking my camera as well.)
But then the show. There was a lot of hullabaloo about seating, because I got placed in the wrong seat, and then the student body president was in my actual seat, so I ended up next to a couple of 14 year old girls. But that was okay, because then I could be giddy, and they didn't care or even notice.
It was sooo exciting! The play was incredible, and I've now checked something off my bucket list! I could go on and on about how well done it was, but I guess I won't. However, I will say this: if I have the opportunity, I'll definitely be going again!
On another note, this is mostly for me 'cause finals start this week!
